Cox Hill - Aug 27,2011

Finally able to get out for another hike. Decided to stick to Kananaskis. Dan, Robin and myself decided on Cox Hill. First hike without a sling..Yay! We had a late night and only got about 5 hours sleep if that much, so it was a pretty rough start but as we went along it got better. The elevation was substantial for that day, I would descrive it as strenous. Through the forest for quite sometime but once we reached the summit the views were worth it. We saw quite a few mountain bikers doing this trail. Those guys are in shape!
