Prairie Mountain - July 23,2011

Three weeks after my shoulder dislocation I could not stay home any longer. Eventhough I wasn't suppose to, we decided to try a shorter hike just to get out. I'd have to do it with my right arm in a sling . Funny how much your balance is off just by taking away the use of an arm. I had to use a pole with my left arm to make sure I wouldn't fall again. We drove to Prairie Mountain in Kananaskis with Dan, John , Robin adn myself. Georgeous day!

This was a great work out after a lull as it is basically straight up. It started drizzling and was very windy at the summit so we didn't stay too long.Felt alright doing the hike but not the most comfortable with the sling. Great close hike for a a nice workout. Once down we took off to visit the Millarville Farmers market.
